Competencies are important in order to support career objectives and goals. Since competencies are specific to job function and job level, it was important to let the learner select certain criteria, as well as the competency to work on. Within each competency, there is a set of tabs to break up the areas to work on - Reflect, Experience, Exposure and Programs. Once specific tasks to work on have been selected, a document can be printed to list all planned competency work.
