Huntington | Prototype

I was asked to come up with a design solution for a Tech IQ quiz. Currently, a set of banking tools called the Hub, is not often promoted to customers. It became clear that Tellers may not be using the technology themselves or understand how it works. I was asked to design a prototype for a quiz that would give them a Tech IQ score and a list of courses to understand the technology.

My design solution evolved from Mindset (motivation) to Skillset (abilities). I developed 4 categories of questions  - Motivation, Behavior, Knowledge and Promote. Training would also be provided within each category.
